In-Home Occupational Therapy Assessments - including completion of Form 1 (Assessment of Attendant Care Needs).
Activities of Normal Living Intervention (ANLI) – Our Occupational Therapist provide educational sessions to injured claimants at their home or workplace to facilitate their integration back into their pre-accident lifestyle.
Work Site Analysis - Work-site analysis is conducted to establish physical demands of the patient’s job and availability of modified work. Return to work strategies are implement in consultation with the family physician.
