In-Home Assessments

 

Due to the severity of certain injuries an in home evaluation may be required. The in home assessments is conducted to ensure the patient’s safety in the home and to provide an opinion on the need for attendant care and housekeeping.

 

In severe cases the patient may need to treated at home. In those cases the in home assessment also assists our health team to provide a treatment plan for in home treatment.
