Chronic Pain Assessments
Patients who have not improved from their injuries at 6 months may be candidates for a chronic pain assessment. Our chronic pain assessment can be a single discipline assessment or multidisciplinary assessments. Our team consists of a medical physician with special interest in chronic pain, a physiatrist and either a psychologist or psychiatrist. At the end of the assessment a goal oriented treatment plan is provided to assist in improving the patient’s pain and ultimately improve their function and quality of life.
